  1. Conditions of Booking:
1.1 Pre-bookings advisable1.2 Walk-ins welcome and booking subject to availability1.3 All quotations valid for a period of 14 days.1.4. Booking confirmation shall be subject to provision of the following:
    • Full name of principal guest
    • Contact number of principal guest
    • ID/Passport number of principal guest
    • Deposit or Credit Card details
1.5 Check-in shall be subject to the provision of the following:
  • Copy of the principal guests ID
  • R1000 credit card pre-authorisation as security against room/facility damages/loss
2. Condition of Payment 2.1 A 20% non-refundable deposit shall secure bookings2.2 The balance of payments shall be payable 48hrs in advance of arrival2.3 Payment on arrival may be made by arrangement and shall be stipulated in prior written communications.2.4 Failure to:
  • settle the balance of payments prior to arrival or
  • arrange to settle balance of payment on arrival 48hrs prior to arrival
shall result in automatic cancellation of the related booking2.5 Bookings shall be confirmed on receipt of proof of payment or credit card payment. Please send Proof of payment to bookings@tubenaxe.co.za 2.6 Accepted payment methods:
  • PayPal,
  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfers
  • Crypto Currencies & Cash (by arrangement)

3. Refunds80% of full payment within 14 Days4. Travel Agents and Tour Operators 4.1. Up front bookings are welcome4.2. Formal confirmation of final numbers shall be made 14 days prior to arrival4.3. 30-Day accounts available and subject to the provision of the following:
  • Full company details incl. physical address, contact details & VAT number (if applicable)
  • Banking Confirmation letter.
  • Reference to 3 creditors incl. contact details
4.4. Proof of payment to be sent to admin@tubenaxe.co.za4.5. Invoicing on departure payment due within 30 days thereafter4.6. Food for guests account shall be communicated in writing prior to arrival4.7. Set menu available on request. 5. Damage/LossThe cost of any damage/loss to The Company’s property caused by guests/patrons/tour guides/ shall be re-imbursed within 24hr of the assessment of cost thereof 6. Child Policy 6.1 Children under 5 years staying with parents/guardian stay free6.2 No children under 16 years shall enter the Tube ‘n Axe premises unaccompanied6.3 No children unaccompanied at the pool6.4 Shared dormitory accommodation not available to children subject to close-out of the dormitory facility 7. Animal Policy No pets allowed
8. Cancellation PolicyThe Company reserves the right to claim the full fee should the Client/Operator fail to arrive. A 20% cancellation fee shall apply to cancellations made within 48hrs prior to arrival. A 100% fee shall apply to cancellations made within 24hrs prior to arrival.Peak Season Cancellations (10th December – 10th January & Easter Holidays)Refunds granted only on the basis that the Company can fill the cancellation with another booking. In this case a 20% cancellation fee shall apply
9. Behavioral PolicyThe Company reserves the right of admission and to claim the full fee should the guests/patrons/tour guides behave in such a way that may negatively affect the experience of other guests/patrons/tour guides. Payments are not refundable under the above-mentioned circumstances. Please note that severe cases such as theft, bodily harm or aggressive behaviour will warrant us to use the full force of the law. In such a care you will be removed by the SAPS and your belongings will be Packed up by our staff and taken to the nearest police station where you are detained, should something go missing we will not take responsibility. 10. Alcohol 10.1. Tube ‘n Axe is a licensed premise. 10.2. No consumption of private alcohol permitted 10.3 . A R140 corkage fee shall apply to bottled wines only 11. Self-Catering
  • Shared self-catering facilities at our overlander site only
12. Camping
  • Camping packages are available that include 2 nights stay with a half day blackwater tubing tour
  • No parking on the grass is permitted
  • No ground fires permitted (please bring your own portable braai)

13. Tariffs 13.1. Tariffs quoted subject to change. Prior notification of such price changes will be communicated in advance where possible.13.2. Fixed quotations confirmed in writing will be honoured in the event of price changes.13.3. VAT is included in all prices. 14. Additional Extras All extras not mentioned, for own account and shall be settled before departure
